湖南通程律师事务所专职律师，法律硕士，工作语言为中文和英语，长沙市涉外律师人才培养对象，湖南工商大学校外实践导师，企业内训讲师，多所高校辩论队教练。

曾工作于某全球500强制造业上市公司，负责和参与跨境商务谈判、国际商事仲裁等法律事务。与英国、法国、美国、巴西、越南、柬埔寨、新加坡等区域律师保有长期合作，拥有跨区域法律事务协作和处理能力。

2.国际仲裁。代理在中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（CIETAC）的跨国商事仲裁，获得仲裁委支持，为客户止损合同货款上千万美元奠基。

3.出海合规。某上市公司经济制裁与出口管制合规体系及国际贸易业务风险防控体系搭建项目、某央企集团合规体系建设项目。

4.尽职调查。主持参与多项跨境尽职调查，协助客户掌握债务人财产情况，推进债务重组谈判和实施，追回上百万元人民币。
